Sonja Hinrichsen is a brilliant artist who creates artworks that examine urban, industrial, and natural environments and their intersection with human perception and utilization. My favorite featured artworks by her are her Snow Drawings. Hinrichsen and volunteers use footprints to create beautiful drawings within the snow, creating a piece of work that elegantly combines nature and life’s impact on her. As I said before, brilliant.
